ISC/DShield Network Downtime
Our Network Operations Center lost connectivity around noon (EDT) today. At this point,
most of the connectivity has been restored, but the site is still sluggish. Our ISP (Sprint) is currently working on a resolution.

Continued great response to call for Volunteers
We keep receiving a offers to volunteers in large numbers. Right now, we forward them to the Red Cross. However, a couple of Univ. Pennsylvania staffers are now working on a database for us to track these applications. I hope to have more to report soon.
